Those ones seem like they feel it's their mission in life to demean you and mistreat you (I guess just because you're on SSI).like the one lady who accused me o 'throwing' my papers at her. I have complained about them a time or two, but I am not sure it matters. Most of the workers are kind and courteous, but there are a couple that are very rude. There are about four kiosk windows in the waiting area, and a computer free to log in to the SSI located to the left of those windows. During the pandemic, it is by appointment ONLY. Waiting can be short, or you might be there up to an hour or better, depending on what day and time you arrive. The computer has a touch-screen and is pretty easy to use and self-explanatory. Right in front of the entrance doors is a place to sign in and get a number. The waiting area to the left, and the restrooms behind the security desk behind it to the right as well as a water fountain. When you come in, there is a police office on-site, sitting at a desk as you first come inside. It is a big office with a ton of seating on metal benches.
